is the Employment & Training Coordinator at the Women’s Employment and Resource Center (WERC) in Albany, NY. Marj has over 12 years of experience in training and development and facilitates career readiness and computer training workshops. Working with an extensive network of employers, she assists hundreds of women each year with their employment needs. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Human Resource Association and is the Chairperson for the Workforce Readiness Committee. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Deb is a Human Resource professional with over 13 years of HR management and generalist experience including strategic planning, employee relations, training and development, legal compliance, job analysis and design, employee handbook design and updates, performance management, policy and procedures, recruitment and employment equity programs. In her current role at Cool Insuring Agency as Human Resource Services Manager, Debra provides HR consulting services to Cool’s employee benefits customers. Debra has been a CRHRA member for the past 12 years and has served in volunteer roles with the chapter for the past eight years, and currently serves as the Public Relations Chair. She is a co-founder and President-Elect of the Capital Region Recruiters Network. Debra is a graduate of University at Albany and currently resides in Delmar, NY. |

She is also the President of Hudson River Career Resources, which focuses on resume writing and career search consulting. She is a co-founder and Past President of the Capital Region Recruiters’ Network (www.crrn.org). In addition to serving as a board member of CRHRA and CRRN, she is a frequent guest speaker at numerous universities and professional associations, and regularly writes career-related articles for numerous national publications.
